Founded in 2017 by Siam Rezwan (Wausau East High School '18 | Johns Hopkins University '22), an International Baccalaureate Diploma Recipient, the International Baccalaureate Students' Organization (IBSO) strives to develop and enhance the student's experience with the International Baccalaureate program.

To provide study and informational resources regarding the International Baccalaureate Program
By being a member of the organization, you have no commitment to extra duties or tasks apart from those expected by the IB program. However, active participation in the organization allows you to have a direct role in shaping your IB experience at Wausau East High School for the better. Acceptance into the IBSO demonstrates that you take an active role in the betterment of your school community and strive towards academic excellence.
How Do I Join?
As a student, you are automatically eligible to join the organization. However, you will need to submit an application. This application can be found by clicking "Apply Now" at the top of the page. The application will then be reviewed by the IBSO Admissions Committee. You will be notified of your admissions decision over email. If you have any questions, contact information is found on the "Contact" page.
What happens after I am a member?
After you have been notified of your acceptance into the IBSO, you will be invited to all meetings and IBSO sponsored events.
